The spacious rooms with large balconies were quite

impressive. I particularly loved the corner jacuzzi in the bathroom, which offered a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. The location is excellent for walking to notable landmarks, despite being slightly away from the main entrance to the Old City.

Upon arrival, I found that the room was lacking basic amenities, such as hand soap in the bathroom, which is a standard expectation. neglected staff

absolutely no hand soap in the bathroom and the pool was dirtier than my kitchen floor. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least some towels that weren't ragged. The staff seemed to disappear after 2 PM, leaving me feeling utterly neglected. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

I loved the clean towels and sheets every day. The large smart TV with amazing picture quality was a nice surprise! The outdoor swimming pool and comfy lounge chairs were perfect for soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, there was some nearby karaoke noise at night, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

I really enjoyed the big bed in my Superior Double Room! The bathroom was a highlight with its luxurious jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The view from my room was wonderful, overlooking the city, which added a special touch to my stay.

I was disappointed that the pool area lost sunlight by 4 PM, limiting my time to bask by the water.
